Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 10am. Our office is open from 9am-5pm 7 days a week. If you are checking in after 5pm, please let our staff know as soon as possible and we will send you late check in instructions via sms. If checking out prior 9am, there is a early check out box to place your room keys into at our main office.

Kryal Castle Adventure Park is open 10am-4pm Weekends and Gazetted Victorian School Holidays. For those staying in the Castle Suites or Holiday Park Cabins or Tiny Homes, Entry to the Park is included for all days of your stay.

For those staying on our Holiday Park Sites, upgrade to get park entry tickets for $25 per adult and $15 per child.

PET POLICY

In accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Service/Assistance Dogs are exempt from this policy and are welcome at Kryal Castle with advance notice in the castle – due to castle animals.

Castle Grounds and Holiday Park

Pets are not permitted within the Castle grounds or Holiday Park, and are strictly forbidden from entering the Kryal Castle Adventure Park due to the safety of other onsite animals.

Therefore no pets are allowed in Castle Rooms, Cabins, Powered Sites or Tiny Homes at any time for any reason. Failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund. Cleaning costs may apply. (up to $500.00).

As per our booking policy, full payment of rooms and sites is taken at time of booking. If you wish to move or cancel your booking, you can do this up until 72 hours prior to your check in date. In the event of cancelationwithin the 72 hours or no-show, full payment of booking will be charged. for detailed information, please see our terms and conditions.
