Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 10am. Our office is open from 9am-5pm 7 days a week. If you are checking in after 5pm, please let our staff know as soon as possible and we will send you late check in instructions via sms. If checking out prior 9am, there is a early check out box to place your room keys into at our main office.
Kryal Castle Adventure Park is open 10am-4pm Weekends and Gazetted Victorian School Holidays. For those staying in the Castle Suites or Holiday Park Cabins or Tiny Homes, Entry to the Park is included for all days of your stay.
For those staying on our Holiday Park Sites, upgrade to get park entry tickets for $25 per adult and $15 per child.
PET POLICY
In accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Service/Assistance Dogs are exempt from this policy and are welcome at Kryal Castle.
Castle Grounds:
Pets are not permitted within the Castle grounds, and are strictly forbidden from entering the Kryal Castle Adventure Park due to the safety of other onsite animals.
• Therefore no pets are allowed in Castle Rooms, Cabins or Tiny Homes at any time for any reason. Failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund. Cleaning costs may apply. (up to $500.00)
Caravan Park – Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at our Holiday Park but to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all Park patrons the Pet Policy must be adhered to by all pet owners. The following applies:
– Owners must contact Kryal Castle prior to arrival for approval of their chosen pet/s. Acceptance of any dog is entirely at the discretion of Management. Some dogs may be refused. The pet owner must then agree to and sign the standard Pet Policy/Pet Owner Agreement’ document.
– “Dangerous Dogs” as defined in 34A of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 are prohibited in the park.
– For health and safety reasons, dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Furthermore, any pet-related accessories such as dog blankets must not be washed in the laundry or cleaned within the park.
– Dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including; pool areas, camp kitchens, amenities, reception, or any public areas.
– No pet may be left unattended at any time in a car/van/tent etc. Please take your pets out with you if you leave the park.
– All pets, including small ones, must be kept on a leash and under control at all times whilst in the park. The leash must be no longer than 2 metres in length. This includes no dog runs to be set up. The leash must prevent the pet leaving your site.
– Pets must be in good health; wormed, vaccinated, defleaed and not carrying any transmissible diseases etc. If the pet has a major illness, please inform staff so we can manage it responsibly.
– Dogs may be walked around the park provided they are on a leash. No dogs are to be walked outside the grounds of the Holiday Park.
– Pet owners must clean up after their pet immediately (this includes children who may walk the pet). Please remove left over food, wrap droppings and place in a rubbish bin.
– Barking dogs detract from the enjoyment of other park patrons. Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and this will result in eviction immediately without prior warning.
– Pet owners will be held personally responsible, for any and all personal injuries, property damage and/or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet.
– A security bond of $100 will be held against the dog owner’s credit card in case of damage, disruption or soiling of the Park ground by the dog during its stay. This bond will be released to the owner when departing the Park upon satisfactory inspection of the accommodation area.
As per our booking policy, full payment of rooms and sites is taken at time of booking. If you wish to move or cancel your booking, you can do this up until 72 hours prior to your check in date. In the event of cancelationwithin the 72 hours or no-show, full payment of booking will be charged. for detailed information, please see our terms and conditions.
