Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 10am. Our office is open from 9am-5pm, 7 days a week. If you are checking in after 5pm, please let our staff know as soon as possible and we will send you late check in instructions via SMS. If checking out prior to 9am, you can place your room keys in our early check out box right outside the front Castle doors.

Kryal Castle Adventure Park is open 10am-4pm Weekends and Gazetted Victorian School Holidays. For those staying in the Castle Suites, entry to the Park is included for all days of your stay.

For those staying in The Village, you are invited to enjoy the activities on all days of your stay when the park is open for a discounted price – tickets must be prebooked via our Accommodation Reception.

PET POLICY

In accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Service/Assistance Dogs are exempt from this policy and are welcome at Kryal Castle with advance notice – due to castle animals.

Castle Grounds and The Village

Pets are permitted on The Village Caravan and Camping sites only, on application at Manager’s discretion.

Pets are not permitted within the Castle grounds, The Village Cabins or Tiny Homes, and are strictly forbidden from entering Kryal Castle Adventure Park due to the safety of other onsite animals.

Therefore no pets are allowed in Castle Rooms, Cabins or Tiny Homes at any time for any reason. Failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund. Cleaning costs may apply. (up to $500.00).

As per our booking policy, full payment of rooms and sites is taken at time of booking. If you wish to move or cancel your booking, you can do this up until 72 hours prior to your check in date. In the event of cancellation within the 72 hours or no-show, full payment of booking will be charged. for detailed information, please see our terms and conditions.

The Abbey Tavern

Our Breakfast Cafe is located within the Abbey Tavern, serving hot breakfast items and barista coffee.
Open select days from 8am-10am.

The Ale House

Just steps from the arena, you’ll find this lively stop serving hot pies, fresh sandwiches, quick snacks, and hearty grab-and-go fare to keep you fueled. Choose from refreshing drinks, hot beverages, beer, or mead.
Open weekends and school holidays from 10am.
